A supply chain consisting of several organizations with different
and sometimes conflicting objectives, the best way to work is by working
together to achieve common goal, one of the known technique is Collaborative
Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR). CPFR have been known for years in
Indonesia. However the adoption of
CPFR is low in Indonesia and some implementation weren’t successful to get
out most of the benefit. It has been
identified some of key drivers of successful implementation and successful
case study from many implementation in many countries. This presentation will re-visit again the
idea of CPFR, implementation procedure, requirement, and obstacle of CPFR
