JOB PROFILE:
A manufacturing company in Tangerang area (Daan Mogot) with 900 employees, is looking for  :
FACTORY MANAGER

Responsible for overall operation of the factory.
Requirements:
    Male, 35 - 45 years old.
    Bachelor or Master in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical).
    Working experience at least  7 years in manufacturing, 3 years at managerial level.
    Depth knowledge of manufacturing best practices,  production systems, quality assurance, human resources, labor law and logistics.
    Good knowledge and experience in ISO9001.
    Strong analytical, problem solving, Interpersonal and communication skills.
    Computer literate is a must.
    Good in English is a plus.
