Legal & Insurance Manager
Jakarta Selatan - Cilandak

 

Responsibilities:

Manage all corporate legal matters, including vendor contract review, government and regulatory issues, licenses and permits, documentation filing and storage, external legal adviser and advise management on corporate governance issues related to the company.Manage the administration of insurance policies between insurance providers and subsidiaries.Participate as member of the Commercial Committee for large project review.Act as corporate secretary for company if required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law from accredited University in IndonesiaAt least 5 year(s) of professional working experience in commercial law, either working for a law firm or in the legal department of company, preferably a public company.Preferably Manager specializing in Law/Legal Services.Understanding Legal and Insurance terms in Contract, preferably related to Logistics and Supply Chain, and/or Shipping and Transportation Industry.Preferably excellent both in Indonesian and English.Understanding in Licensee Processing, Legal Knowledge, Good Corporate Governance and Communication.Good communicator, having good leadership, good managerial and interpersonal skills.1 Full-Time positions available.
