Branch Supervisor
Denpasar, Bali

 

Responsibilities:

•         Supervise a team in developing and maintaining a high level standard of operation related to distribution of goods and communication with customer

•         To ensure subordinates meet service performance requirements and take corrective action swiftly when required.

•         To develop with the Manager, review and update process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all processes and activities of the team.

•         Ensure the appropriate allocations of resources (both human and capital) are employed to perform operational activities efficiently.

•         Conduct performance reviews of front-line staff as required by company policy.

•         Review weekly service performance and quality reports, discuss and identify root causes of service failures with the Manager, implement preventive action, and suggest any modification of SOPs accordingly.

•         Organize and conduct weekly meeting with the team to review performance, service failures, and operational problems.

•         Regular Meeting with Customer

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in transport management or related major from Reputable UniversityAt least 3 years of working experience as a leader or 2 years as a supervisor Having knowledge about logistics/ supply chain management, ISO9001/ Quality, OHSAS 18001/ Safety.Having PPJK Certification is preferredA good communicator, having good leadership, interpersonal skill and managerial skills.
