JOB PROFILE:

DISTRIBUTION & SERVICE MANAGER

 

Work Location     : Cikarang, West Java

Reporting to       : Logistic Manager

 

JOB OBJECTIVE:

Providing sound organization, controlling distribution and customer service process, and also controlling site of warehouse, in order to continually meet the demands of business in terms of revenue, cost control, operations, HSE&S (Health, Safety, Environment and Security) service standards and profitability.

 

Responsibilities :

Overall responsibility for Distribution, Warehouse and Customer ServiceEnsure and improve OTIF delivery & shipments to customersEnsure and improve cost effectiveness, service, transparency, and HSE&S standardEnsure timely and accurate use of SAP (inventory accuracy, delivery orders, transport payment controll, etc)Manage & develop department in term of people & organization

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Male/Female; preferable 28-40 years old. S1 degree from reputable university. Degree with supply chain management relevant is an advantage.5 years of experience in the management of multi-functional working group in logistic/supply chain area; minimum 2 years experience in managerial level.Strong knowledge in warehousing operation, distribution and transport system operation, and continuous improvement processes related to the business.Extended knowledge of logistics IT systems (knowledge&exposure in SAP is preferable).Proven leadership, team work, self discipline and good communication skills.Good communication skill in English & advance in computer literate.
