Business Process Improvement Engineer Supervisor

Jakarta Selatan - Cilandak KKO

Responsibilities:

To apply/lead by example and implement Quality and OHSE programs and best practice at all times.

Designing and implementing solutions

Reviews, analyzes, creates detailed documentation of business systems and user needs, including workflow, program functions.

Standardize and document operation processes and support ISO compliance.

Familiar with Six Sigma SIPOC and Toyota Way to design efficient & Learn Organization Structure and Infra Structure.

Able to communicate in English (both oral and written).

Requirements:

Candidate must process at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.

At least 3 years of working experience in related field, preferably supervisory level.

Good communication, leadership and analytical thinking.
