JOB PROFILE:

 

A leading local logistics company, which provides warehouse management services to various industries in Indonesia, is seeking for talented and "can do" attitude  people, to fill in several positions and to be located in West Java, Central Java and East Java as

 

CONTRACT MANAGER.

 

Job responsibilities:

‒       Responsible for the Contract Logistics (Warehousing), get involved in expanding the business and have understanding on the contract agreement, key cost driver and key revenue.

‒       Responsible to provide operation improvements in order to deliver value added to the customer and strengthen the company position in the industry market.

‒       Responsible to grow the team, developing people by implementing  people development, trainings, succession plan, effective delegation and learning culture.

Requirements:

‒       5 years essential experience in managing in team management in Logistics Operation especially in 3PL service company.

‒       Has strong leadership experience in managing warehouse operation and  implementing synergies between own team and the clients'team, to ensure that the overall service is successfully delivered.

‒       Has the ability in Business Development, understanding in Commercial Contract Agreement.

‒       Has mindset to grow the team and focus on developing people for promotion and career development.

‒       Has bachelor decree or higher education background,good skill at Excel
and in English both oral and written.

‒       Is willing to be stationed in West Java, Central Java or East Java.
