Responsibilities:

Deliver and ensure good customer serviceHandle customer enquiries and complaintsEstablish and maintain relationship with customersReport for daily activity

Requirements:

Maximum age 35 year oldMinimum Diploma III graduatesMinimum working experience of 2 years in related fieldComputer literateGood EnglishGood interpersonal skill, teamwork spirit and good communication skill
