JOB PROFILE:

PT Fordiso is an IT company focused on supply chain, logistics, and distribution processes.

We are a sister company of IMS Logistics and develop our own warehouse management system and delivery tracking system.

Position: IT Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

Gather requirements and work with vendor to create estimations.Oversee complex programs and teams of technical resources.Must organize, manage, control, and direct all activities for the program.Lead status meetings with project team.Make presentation on the program status to management and directors.Implement and streamline consistent processes across project teams.Develop and maintain project documentation such as project schedule, project log, meeting minutes, and project categorization.Facilitate meetings with business partners to resolve complex problems and review project updates.Support and provide guidance to project teams and less experienced program managers.Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures.

Skill Requirements

Logistics experience is preferredSystem Architecture (Flow Diagrams, UML, data models)Mobile application knowledgeAbility to lead a technical team and participate in code reviewsExcellent interpersonal and internal customer relationship skillsDisplay leadership attributesDemonstrated to be self-reliant, a team player, independently thinking and a sound problem solverExcellent written and verbal communications skills
