JOB PROFILE:
Customer Service Manager   Bachelor\'s degree At least 5 years of customer service experience in Supply chain/logistics/transportation, or industry related field is preferred Fundamental knowledge of transportation industry, supply chain management, sales methods and practices, trends, and customers. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Good analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyses data.. Requires excellent interpersonal skills & an ability to interact with customers tactfully.
