JOB PROFILE:

We are Japanese Multinational Group company in Indonesia, required high qualification and experience people to join our team, urgently for position of Warehouse & Distribution Manager

Detail task, responsibility & experience, skill  as follow:

Key Task and Responsibilities:

Handle Inbound and outbound activities, on high professional standard. Continuously drive to improve Warehouse & Distribution efficiency with minimized waste & effective cost. Ensure smooth operational flow from Incoming to Outgoing procedure and to ensure all team member achieve they Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Control Inventory & do regular cycles count every period that Management agreed. Supervise 17 – 20 subordinate, to direct, control and train to achieve company goals.

 

Knowledge skill:

Strong knowledge in Warehouse & Inventory management, specialty in FMCG familiar with WMS & ERP application is mandatory Negotiation skill with 3PL, and knowledge in Freight & transportation. English & Computer literature, (MS Office, Axapta, or others Application are advantage). Inventory Management skill and experience deal with 6000 SKU’s or more. Presentation Skill and communication skill will be advantage.

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor degree in Logistic, Distribution and or Warehousing or business Administration. 30 - 40 years old (male or female) More than 5 years’ experience in same field. Effective & Creative decision making and Independence Problem Solving
