LEX_ID – PROCESS & SUPPORT_PMP & Process Manager
Mission
Manager of PMP and Process will be responsible for managing company performance, including but not limited to: productivity, service quality, customer/seller satisfaction, operational cost optimization through regular monitoring, root cause analysis, and driving local/regional initiatives. In addition, this individual will be responsible for managing his/her team and also the communication channels with the local operations, local management, regional management, and other relevant parties.
Core responsibilities:
Defining the structure / format for regular / ad hoc performance reports
Analyzing data and initiating action plans to drive performance
Setting up performance targets and ensuring those targets are achieved
Managing his/her team by defining clear responsibilities, expectations, and identifying training needs
Managing communications with the local operations, local management, and regional management
Driving local/regional performance optimization initiatives
Supporting other company initiatives that are deemed necessary by the management
Requirements:
University degree in Finance / Accounting / Industrial Engineering / IT or equivalent
5 years of working in logistics or express logistics industry is a must
Strong analytical skills
Project management proficiency
Intermediate Ms. Office proficiency
English proficiency
Strong presentation skill
Strong SQL skill
Computer programming language proficiency (VB, C++, Python, etc.) is a plus
