JOB PROFILE:
Responsible for Leading a team within ones own area of expertise within the Regional Distribution Centre.
Key Performance Areas to include but not limited to:
Lead, coach and monitor ones own team. Ensure health & safety and security training takes place and is then adhered to.Ensure the team carry out their daily tasks in a professional and timely manner. Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA`s), company policies & procedures, and divisional / market / Government guidelines / practices. Ensure ones own daily tasks are carried out in a timely manner and in line with all policies, procedures, best practices and guidelines. Develop good internal and external relationships. Ensure excellent communication channels between all levels of Employees and Management.Create and maintain accurate and up to date information and prepare information / spreadsheets where and when necessary. Carry out regular, role specific checks and communicate / escalate outcome to Line Manager.
