JOB PROFILE:

LEX_ID – FACILITY_PM Modular HUB

 

Mission

Manage and deliver a project from design to construction in a high-quality, cost-effective, timely-effective ways. Engage with local consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all the projects run smoothly and meet the schedule that has been targeted by management.

 

Core responsibilities:

Coordinating with Hub team to analyze which area that needs support due to its capacity and service radius

Coordinating with Legal team to secure a leasable land within a legal and proper way

Manage and deliver a project from design to construction in a high-quality, cost-effective, timely-effective ways

Engage with local consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all the projects run smoothly and meet the schedule that has been targeted by management

Land scouting and analysing

Land legalization process

Project planning

 

Requirements:

Architect or Civil Engineer graduated from reputable university

Minimum 3 years working experience in project management as Assistant Manager

Expert in calculating and analysing volume and specification of project’s material

Expert in drawing and analysing drawings with AutoCAD
