We are a multinational e-Logistics company in Indonesia, under Lazada Group in Southeast Asia. Lazada e-Logistics Indonesia is seeking for high qualifications and experiences people to join our A-team as VP Finance.

Roles & Responsibility:

Reporting to the Head of Finance and CEO. This will be an exciting challenge for you to be part of the team for one of the world’s leading brands because you will have the opportunity to accelerate your own career. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Responsible to improve accuracy, timeliness, and quality of financial and management reporting and analysis as a basis for decision making. In charge of highlighting financial variations to provide early warning to management and managing risk issues. Responsible for the accuracy of quantitative and qualitative KPI reports in prescribed quality and presentation. To refine reporting mechanisms to provide the right data and information related to company operational cost and budget (ie. fixed/variable cost analysis and variance analysis). To provide specific and relevant information to top management in improving cost structure of operations (material usage, conversion cost, assets, cost of capital, Capital Expenditures and Cash Flow). Has knowledge on taxation and its implication including Transfer Pricing analysis. To develop and implement core processes, system and internal controls in site in line with Group standard. To protect and optimize company assets by providing guidance and leadership in stock counting and asset counting activities. Coordinate any corrective actions as needed to improve/remediate the process, system and control. Coordinate annual budgeting process with related function. Minimize manually prepared reporting by developing an automation report generated from the system in coordination with IT department.

 

Candidate Background:

 

Bachelor Degree in Finance/Banking Investment/Accounting background. 15 years of working experiences in finance and accounting skills, in big 4 accounting firm with strong understanding of IFRS and internal control. Knowledge and experience of freight forwarding and retail eccomerce business is highly desirable. Strong analytical, forecasting, and budgeting skills. Excellent command of English. Strong personality, detail oriented, team player who also has strong integrity. Effective problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities. SAP knowledge is preferable.
