JOB PROFILE:

Driver Management

Job Description :

Responsible to arrange and manage drivers activities, include avaibility according to company SOP and Policies in ensuring effective operation, and well performed driver management activities Recruitment,Coach, HR Driver Planning of work assignments and vehicle allocations to meet transportation/operations targets Experience as Head of Pool Direct & Supervise staffs in transportation or related services, such as Drivers, Mechanics, Warehouse of materials or people

 

REQUIREMENTS  : 

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Transportation / Logistic / Supply Chain or equivalent At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position with good records Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Transportation, Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent Experience as Head of Pool  Have good relations with the Police and Transportation Agency Strong knowledge in Distribution Center delivery , Retail Distribution, Just In Time Transportation , Kanban or others Strong knowledge  in financial report in the operation system of transportation, Logistics management, Suplly chain and Warehouse Knowledge of requirement standards ISO, OHSAS, CSMS related to transportation and distribution Applicant must be willing to work in BEKASI
