JOB PROFILE:

RPO Indonesia is looking for Operations Manager behalf of our client, Yayasan Daur Pangan Nusnatara (Foodcycle Indonesia), Started out in November 2017, FoodCycle Indonesia is a non-profit Organization with passion to serve the neerdy by channeling through and distributing surplus food from various sources such as: wedding parties, bakeries, corporate lucnh, supermarkets, and FMCGs.

Operation Manager will be charge:

Managing that staffs to ensure their KPIs are met Making sure the logistic of food deliveries are done are completed and filed properly Making sure all registers/log of incoming and outgoing goods are completed and up to date In charge of preparations of MOUs with food donors as well as beneficiaries to ensure they are signed and filed Visit and audit our beneficiaries partner on reguler basis Prapre allocation / Distribution of donated food to our partner beneficiaries Prapare weekly and monthly activity reports

Requirements:

Age between 27-37 Years old Having minimun 5 years experience in management role Must have experiences in voluntary /community work Must have passion to serve others Proficient in Ms. Office: Excel, Powerpoint, etc Very high attention to details Ability to work in team environment and motivate others Driven and motivated to keep improving his/herself and the organization Ability to communicate in English is a bonus Work placement in Gading Serpong (Preferebly live around the area or willing to relocate to Gading Serpong)
